Plugin Language Files Not Included in Download

I recently updated a plugin with language files for Spanish and Serbian translations. You can see that these language files have made it to the repository here: http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/debug-info/trunk/lang/

However, when I install the plugin through either the WP admin install plugin, or download from http://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-info/ and install manually, the language files are not included.

All the other changes I made and included with the update come through with no problem. It just seems as if the language files aren’t making their way through.

Is this just a matter of waiting it out for the repository to “catch up” with the new files, or am I doing something wrong?
