    Hi,

    Thanks for coming to the support forums. We’ve got some guidelines we’d like you to follow when you’re thinking of submitting a new question or message thread.

    1. Search the forum to see if your question has already been answered or if any solutions there will work for you.

    2. Try to isolate the problem. Deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme. If you still have the same problem, post a message about it. If not, try to narrow down which other plugin or theme is conflicting with our plugin, then please let us know which plugin was causing the conflict and what the problem was.

    If you do end up needing to post a new thread, please use the following format:

    WordPress Version: X.X
    KittyCatfish Version: X.X

    I did this:
    ….

    I expected the plugin to do this:
    ….

    Instead, it did this:
    ….
