 * no idea why not, but when i click “generate” nothing happens.
 * also, despite installing everything: putting the code in has no effect whatsoever.
 * tried it for an hour.
    waste of time

 * no, i haven’t looked at the faqs.
    if there is another plugin that plugs and 
   plays without trouble, why would i go struggle with one that needs a “faq” to
   get it to work? 🙂

 * ok – fine – worked out of the box for me and all clients I used it with
