[Plugin: Kimili Flash Embed] Breaks WP 3.1 RC2

Not sure if this has been reported yet…

Version 2.1.5 breaks WP 3.1 RC2, throwing this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function is_feed() on a non-object in /home/.../wp-includes/query.php on line 318

Is there a fix on the horizon?
