• I purchased the premium version of this plug-in – it did not work. I tried it several times but it kept failing. Support tickets are slow to respond. I asked for a refund and the company has refused.
    I had to send log files so they could work out why it kept failing. Then they asked me to change something in the coding. This is unacceptable. I am not a plugin expeet.
    Any company which refuses to refund a customer who has had problems should not be trusted. Why wont they refund my money?
