I did ask for help but have not heard anything back until yet. So help would be very much appreciated.
I think I remember uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin (Version: 4.0.13), and since then it works. Still the N2Go version.
@axeljf Thanks for the hint! Having just had our 11th outage since I started writing here, we tried this out right away. I am very curious about the outcome. Would be great if this fixes the problem. I already suspected that all other customers looked for an alternative provider….
I even use it twice with a form in two languages …
