# Plugin Keeps Deactivating

 * What I confirmed:
    - Swiftcomplete 2.1.0 contains an internal `ERROR_THRESHOLD` of **5**, explicitly
      described as “Error count threshold before deactivating plugin.”
    - On 28 September, it produced two clusters of five fatal errors.
    - Each fatal error reports infinite recursion in:
      `swiftcomplete/includes/Core/
      ErrorHandler.php:121`
    - Its error handler is therefore crashing while trying to handle another exception.
      That recursion masks the original exception, and after five failures the plugin
      calls WordPress’s deactivation mechanism.
    - Logs show it active again between the two clusters, explaining why it appears
      to keep switching itself off.
