• Hello, I’m using the jQuery Horizontal Images plugin and want to place the slider on my home page via a page template rather than the page editor. I tried a couple different ways but neither is working for me. Both are just displaying the [scroller 1/] on the page.

    <?php echo do_shortcode("[scroller 1 /]"); ?>

    <! - Jquery horizontal scroller->[scroller 1 /]<! - End Jquery horizontal scroller->

    For anyone interested, I’ve settled on staying with the shortcode (as that is the only way I can get the carousel to show up at all). I am using Shortcode Generator to give me the ability to place additional text around the carousel and place the carousel inside another container.

    My shortcode looks like this:

    [scg_html_shortcode_1][scroller 1 /][scg_html_shortcode_2]

    This isn’t ideal but it does work. Ideally, I would be able to use my mage template.
