[Plugin: jQuery Collapse-O-Matic] how to clear floats in collapse-o-matic?

  • I have a problem in that when I have several collapsed blocks on a page, each with images inside, the layout of block 2 will alter depending on the content of block 1.
    Block 1 contains a small amount of text and a right floated image, but because the image is ‘taller’ than the text, when I open block 2 it all hangs under the image from block 1.
    I’ve ‘fixed’ the issue by manually inserting <div class=”clearfloat”></div> underneath the code for each block before the start of the following block, but for some reason WP keeps stripping those blocks out whenever I edit the page. What I’d like to do is edit the php file for collapse-o-matic to include a clearfloat at the foot of each block, but I can’t see where in the file I could add that 🙁

    What you might try is simply to add the following code to your theme’s style.css file:

    .collapseomatic_content {
        clear: both;
    }

    See if this helps.
