How can I have the Jobs listing page show only summaries & not the full in (3 posts)

    The jobs listing page shows all jobs posted in full. How can I make it display just a summary of each job so that a site user can then click to see the full job details and apply?

    It's very untidy showing the full info for each available job on the jobs listing page.

    Need help ASAP.

    In Job Manager --> Settings --> Display

    You'll see a text area for 'Job List Template' and'Individual Job Template'.

    The first is the one you need to edit :)

    Just in case anyone else is running into the same thing and doesn't know how to figure out exactly what to put...

    Here's the code to put in that will only display the title, category and apply now link for each job listed.

    <div class="job[job_row_number] job[job_id] [job_odd_even]">
    <table class="job-table[if_job_highlighted] highlighted[/if_job_highlighted]">
    <th scope="row">Title</th>
    <td>[job_icon] [job_link][job_title][/job_link]</td>
    <th scope="row">Categories</th>
    <td class="jobs-applynow">[job_apply_link]Apply Now[/job_apply_link]</td>

    <div class="job-nav">
    <div class="previous">[job_page_previous_link]Page [job_page_previous_number][/job_page_previous_link]</div>
    <div class="this">Jobs [job_page_minimum]-[job_page_maximum] of [job_total]</div>
    <div class="next">[job_page_next_link]Page [job_page_next_number][/job_page_next_link]</div>

    Hope that helps!
