# [Plugin: Jetpack] Email subscription error

 * When trying to subscribe by email with an address from RU domain (e.g. morinen
   [@inbox](https://wordpress.org/support/users/inbox/).ru, vserova[@inbox](https://wordpress.org/support/users/inbox/).
   ru), I get
    “There was an error when subscribing, please try again.”
 * Is this a known error? When is it going to be fixed? Most of my readers have 
   such addresses 🙁
