Try changing temporarily to the default theme Twenty Eleven. We have found some themes have been including CSS accidentally hides the connect button.

I dont know what happend, Since JetPack by wordpress.com didn’t work i used JetPack lite which gave me SiteStats and WP.me shortlinks then i turned on and off both plugins on by one (btw i noticed you cant use these 2 plugins at the same time {i guess its probably because they are the same thing except one offers more}) and now somehow when i turned on JetPack by WOrdPress.com after a few tries “Connect to WordPress.com” bar showed up.

Thank you replying and i think i should make the status to resolved
