[resolved] Jetpack interferes with Mathjax, even when Latex support is off (2 posts)

I use Mathjax to render mathematics on my site.

I installed Jetpack; now mathjax does not work anymore. My inline latex commands are replaced with \( \), and my displayed math displays literally. (See for example: http://devmag.org.za/2011/04/05/bzier-curves-a-tutorial/)

I tried to disable Jetpack, but it did not change the behaviour.

(I don't want to use Jetpack's math rendering, it is ugly and does not parse all my math (in particular, some customly defined commands).

Is there a way to get both working?

OK, in trying out various combinations of plugins, the MathJax location got reset, which caused the problem (so it had in fact nothing to do with either plug-in). Dumb mistake; sorry :S
