  • Mine, too!

Did you also download WP to Twitter?

I went to my GoDaddy hosting account, FTP file manager and deleted the plugins Jetpack and WP to Twitter. That fixed the problem! Now I have to figure out which one jacked it up.

The same thing happened to me. As soon as I updated the plugin, we started having problems. One user can’t even log in to the dashboard.

Could you take a look at your PHP error logs (check with your host on where to get these)? It sounds like something is happening server-side for you and the logs may help me help you. Thanks!

My issue was the /wp-admin/index.php page would load up but as soon as the wp stats tried to load, the page would go blank.

I was still able to access the plugins section and deactivated jetpack and now the /wp-admin/index.php page works for me.

    HTH

I update via the auto-update function.

    Everything seems to work fine.

I just wonder why would anyone feel the need to release three updates for same plugin three times in 24 hours.

Please read the changelog. We had some bugs that we didn’t catch in our testing. We attempted to fix them, but the bugs persisted and we felt it was better to revert the code that was causing issues than to keep patching at that time.

I have managed to get into the file structure and have disabled ALL of my plugins. I did update multiple plugins yesterday, but I’d done them one at a time and didn’t see an issue until after the Jetpack update. However, I will be investigating each one to see where the error or conflict arose. Turning on Jetpack by itself seems to have created no problems, so …

@writeratlarge: please let me know what you discover and if I can help.

    Mine was a rhetorical question.

BTW, the top-level menu (Jetpack+Stats) seemed to work fine for me, no disruption whatsoever.

Off-Topic: My only problems are occasional Qtranslate glitches, but I guess I’ll have to live with them until the first multilingual wordpress release. I hope that happens soon…

I can also confirm this. My wp-admin would crawl slower than toothpaste ever since 1.3.1 or 1.3.2, whichever one that came out recently.

I believe WordPress will soon be forcing users to check stats from the WP page (already happening on WP.com), rather than the user’s own Dashboard. That should solve any speed issue.

Does anybody remember which version(s) was release recently (in this past week)? I want to revert it to where it was stable. For the time being, the plugin is disabled, and my site goes vrooooooooom.
