# [Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Getting "no_code" error when trying to activate JetPak

 * I’m trying to activate JetPack on our site faronics.com, but when I click the
   authorize button I get returned to the JetPack settings page with the following
   error:
 * Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen.
   Guess you’re just lucky: no_code
 * Any idea what’s up? I thought it might be xmlrpc.php permissions so I fixed those
   up and still got the error.
