[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] – Centralized Management doesn't stick

Hello,

On several of my sites the option to activate Centralized Management appears. When I click to turn it on it appears to work, but I am then presented with the same option to activate it again.

The activation has worked on some of my sites, but not others.

Thought other support requests I’ve noticed the sites it works on are listed in LINKED BLOGS on:

https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

The sites it doesn’t work on aren’t listed there or the URL is wrong.

1) How can I add more sites to the LINKED BLOGS section?
2) How can I correct the URL for a site that is incorrect?
3) Can Jetpack work with centralized management if the blog isn’t listed under LINKED SITES?

This is one of the sites not showing up under LINKED BLOGS (Visible or Hidden).
