Okay, an update on this…
It isn’t just IE and FF, it is actually Chrome as well.
The carousel only seems to work when I am logged into the WordPress site. Anyone else can’t see it.
Ideas?
Gary
What’s your website? We’ve confirmed that Carousel is actually working in these browsers, both logged in and out, so it might be some other javascript on your site that’s conflicting and breaking it.
Also, if you’re using W3 Total Cache can you try turning off the minify options to see if that helps?
Thanks

Hello,
My site is http://www.gep13.co.uk/blog.
Yes, I can certainly try that. Would there be a workaround if this corrected the issue.
Thanks
Gary
Currently there is no workaround other than turning that feature off, but we’re looking into it.

Hello,
Thank you for all the information, I have now disabled the minification of the JavaScript files, and it looks like the gallery is now working as expected.
You can see it working here:

Hopefully you guys can get this working soon. If you need anyone to test anything for you, let me know, and I will be happy to help!
Thanks for all the help!
Gary
Hi everyone,
I am also getting the same problem with my jetpack Carousel.
It work a little bit fine in my firefox, but not in my IE9. 🙁
Following plugins are installed on my WP:
1- Jetpack by WordPress.com
2- TinyMCE Advanced
3- WP Super Cache
4- WordPress Importer (Not active)
There is no Minify option in WP Super Cache.
What can i do?
