[Resolved] [Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Can I make 'email' not required in the comments form by

  • I’ve just installed Jetpack and enabled social commenting, so commenting using WordPress, Twitter or Facebook works. In addition to that, there’s the regular name/email/comment feature too, but this has the name and email as required fields. Is there an easy way to make these fields optional?

I approve all comments manually, so I don’t have to worry about spam.

    Thanks.

On my site, Jetpack Comments respects the setting in Settings -> Discussion marked as “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail.” This is what controls whether a user must fill out their name and email in core WordPress.

Hi Tim, however and for example, I don’t want my users to leave a “website” in the field that shows on each comment. Is it possible to remove it? How?

    Thanks
