[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] audio_shortcode() function name collision

A function named audio_shortcode() exists both in Jetpack & Degradable HTML5 audio and video, so, jetpack cannot be activated if that plugin is already active – and vice versa. Both plugins would be improved if the functions were namespaced.
