[Plugin: iTunes Affiliate Link Maker (iTALM)] Receive PHP header error

Installed, setup my partner ID (using 30 as suggested for LinkShare) copied in the partner text based on the blog post, used the search for the link (which worked fine) had it create the link – it all looked like it worked… until I posted it. It gave php errors in the header and, unfortunately, I had to remove the link (only to replace it with Apple’s version).
