    Hey,

So after working with this plugin over the last few weeks, we’ve determined a few things.

    1. If the user has the script to autocomplete ALL orders from WooCommerce, the order will bypass Processing and never reach Printful for fulfillment. You should set a dashboard error that detects this script and warns the user that they will not be able to send orders to Printful unless they are disabled.
    2. If there are products that are marked virtual and downloadable in WooCommerce, they’ll be picked up and sent to Printful anyway via the API, even though they are not a Printful product created in Printful and synced to WooCommerce. You’re going to want to ensure that the plugin only sends orders based on what products were pushed into WordPress and not all virtual and downloadable products.
    3. Because I’m forced to keep Printful orders fas Processing, I cannot send an Event Tickets Plus order through to Completed status, because I can’t set WooCommerce to push the order with notifications unless its also marked to Processing, when it should be marked to completed status.

You’ll need to update the plugin to only sync Printful products and not send any other virtual or downloadable product into Printful for fulfillment.

I tried to look for a Printful Github repo to post these issues to, but one does not exist.

  • Hey Tony,

    Thank you for your feedback!
I suggest Ignoring all non-Printful products in your Printful Dashboard -> Stores -> Sync, so that these products would not sync up with us for fulfillment.

    I hope this helps!
