 * Hello, yesterday i erased all content from folder: public_html/wp-content/plugins(
   cPanel) , and now i can`t log-in as administrator , it gives me an error like
   in photos.. can anybody help me to fix this??

 * try reuploading the same plugin using cpanel.
    It will work fine again. 🙂

 * Hi hackers4free. Looks like WP Super Cache was still active when the plugin folder
   was cleared (?). Maybe try reinstalling WP Super Cache, then deactivate and uninstall
   it via the plugins page.

 * i have uploaded manually wp-super-cahe plugin via cpanel and everything works
   now, thanks!
