# Plugin Issue

 * Hi there!
    Bought your plugin RecurWP Pro plan, after all the settings (API Settings,
   Generate Default Pages, Default Recurly Plan code) there are problems with the
   plugin: 1) after filling in the fields on the Checkout page – an account on recurly.
   com is not created 2) payment does not work 3) the user on the WordPress site
   is created incorrectly, most of the fields are not stored in the user’s account.

 * The developer will get into real trouble supporting customers on this site. That
   is not allowed.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

 * I archived your duplicate topic. I’m sorry, but it doesn’t change anything here
   that they are not replying to you.
 * Pro products and customers cannot be supported on this site. That would not be
   fair to the thousands of developers who play by the rules.
