# Plugin isn’t working

 * Hello,
 * I have WP 5.4 and WooCommerce 4.0.1.
 * I tested it with two themes: Shopkeeper (which I am using in the online official
   ecommerce) and Storefront (just to test another more standard theme).
 * The problem I am facing is that the options in the admin settings can’t be saved.
   If I try and change any option, my new settings are ignored and the systems takes
   the defaults again.
 * Anyone else faced this? May the developers help?

 * For anyone with the same problem, plugin settings sometimes are not saved because
   of plugins conflicts, cache plugins to mention an example.
 * In this case, is good to debug your website deactivating plugins one by one looking
   for any incompatibility
 * Hope this might be helpful for anyone who is been facing a problem like this.
