    Hi,

    The toggle buttons do nothing and when I click edit, it says “In order to edit the widget, please fill in the email to which contact requests should be sent.” but when I do, it just brings me to the vCita dashboard and I’m still not able to toggle the toggle buttons or edit or do anything. I’m not sure how this plugin works. Am I doing something wrong? Kinda sucks when I’m paying monthly for vCita but I can’t even have it on my site.

    Hello there,

    I do apologize to hear you are having troubles with the vcita plugin.

    One thing I suggest to help is to ensure you clear your cache and reboot your system to ensure there are no cross over issues from the dashboard and your WordPress settings.

    If that does not help, I suggest that you use the HTML for the widget under Online Presence > Website Widgets within WordPress.

    I’ve cleared cached and rebooted and the plugin still isn’t doing anything??? In the wordpress plugin page, I get this error:

    Appointment Booking and Online Scheduling by vCita – You still haven’t completed your Meeting Scheduler settings. Click here to learn more, or Dismiss.

    When I click to learn more, it just brings me to the plugin. I’m still not able to toggle the buttons, or add email or do anything. The alternative you provided is using iframes and isn’t very elegant. The background colour doesn’t match the site at all and there’s no way to change the colour.

    Is there any way I can get this plugin to work??

    Hello,

    You can edit the widget right off of the dashboard to match up with your website. Using the plugin will have the same results, however, if you go into Online Presence > Website Widgets, you should be able to edit the theme, what is shown, etc.

    No, you can only edit the logo and branding colour. The background is grey and doesn’t match my site. Thanks anyway. Gonna have to resort to a different scheduling platform then.
