• I just wanted to provide feedback to all of you posting here. I have the premium version of the plugin installed.

I have customized it, and fully automated the registration to my site and the entry to the contests I create. I am doing it on a large scale for a sizable client as well, and it is working like a dream!

I had issues with the emails at first, I installed and use Sendgrid as my provider, works better, do not rely on your site PHP email to work, those are getting blocked by or considered spam often now.

Pay attention to how you configure the contest timings versus your actual server time. Don’t assume that they are the same. I created a servertime.php page that tells me my actual server time, you should use your server time on all the timers, etc. Not the actual time in your timezone!

Many issues automated winners revolve around that fact. Set your winner announcements to the same time as the end of your contest when testing. That is best.

I have added some great features to the plugin, I have some suggestions I will reach out with later, but keep up the great work!

P.S. – I added a redirect to a custom page I created. A “THANK YOU” page if you will. So, when a user finishes the entry, instead of the normal screen, they get redirected to the thank you page.

Hi @jasonbrogdon, thank you for your feedback.

Yes, the timing part is the most difficult to get around. I am using the GMT offset used in WordPress General settings, but that might not be correct all of the time.
