Plugin is not working

Hi!

A rather generic title, I know, but that’s really what’s happening and I have no idea why. Since trying a plugin and theme conflict usually ends up messing up my site (I have a bunch of plugins + customizations), I’d like to know if the plugin’s author could help me with this, like pointing out reasons why it might not be working and such. I’ve already created the page for the reviews, checked the box to activate the customer reviews in it, and also checked the “Enable the plugin by default for new posts.” and “Enable the plugin by default for new pages.”, uploaded a new product to test, but I still can’t see the 5 stars there.

I use a plugin called New Blog Templates, that sets an account to be used as template for the others. Should I set up the plugin in that account instead of through the admin area?
