Those checkboxes should appear after the site is connected to Facebook. Can you share the following information with us so we can help you troubleshoot the problem:
- Which version of WordPress do you have installed?
- Which version of the Meta pixel for WordPress plugin do you have active?
- On which version of PHP is your site running?
Based on the link you shared, is your site local only? You are not seeing this problem on a production website?

Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable any cache plugins you are using and clear the cache
- Disable ad-blockers
- Re-install and reconnect to the plugin
One more thing – is this issue happening in a local or production environment?

Hi @lovesoni1999 – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?
If so, please disable any cache plugins you are using (temporarily), clear the cache and make sure that you have disabled all ad-blockers. Afterwards, re-install and try re-connecting to the plugin.
Also, please let us know which environment this issue is occurring in (local or production)?
