Use caching? If it is on caching, it will spawn AJAX request to cache to count the views rather than every page load.
If you are already using caching plugin and still encountering the same thing, I would suggest not use the plugin at all.
Because, if you are on high traffic site, I will suggest getting your data from Google Analytics instead because it is more efficient.

Thank you for your answer, I’m not using plugin for stats, I’m using it for ordering posts by count view.
In addition I’m not using any cache plugin, but I’m on a wordpress optimized vps so I do believe that there is some server side caching.
