    Over the course of almost a year an agent kept promising to look into the problem of their plugin, asked for a site copies and then just kept postponing the whole thing promising to look in to this over and over again but never did.

    We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please understand that we do not have bad intentions. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and the respective task is in view to be fixed, but we have not yet gotten to work on it — these issues need to be weighed well in advance, as they require the allocation of resources that need to be redirected in other directions at the same time. However, we don’t want these to be excuses because we know we can do better.
