I’m using 3.2.5 version and wordpress 6.7. Sometimes it shows and sometimes not. Could you check whether you have any Gutenberg-related plugins that load scripts across the admin area? * As a test, please temporarily deactivate Gutenberg-related plugins, or other plugins that add features or scripts to the block editor, then reopen the email sequence editor and see whether the Save and Import Template controls return. Please take a screenshot of the result and let us know what you find. Since disabling the Gutenberg-related plugins didn’t bring the controls back, we’ll need a few more details to investigate the conflict. * Could you let us know which theme is active and share the names of any other plugins that add features to the editor or load scripts across the WordPress admin? I tried to open the template from ipad and different imac and it worked perfectly. I don’t know why in my device safari not showing the missing options in the template while in chrome shows everything. * I tried clearing caches in safari but no luck. What do you think the issue comes from? * I can close the topic as resolved because the issue is related to the plugin itself now.
