    Thanks for the rating! We often get rave reviews from customers for our support, so I’m surprised to hear that your experience didn’t exceed expectations. I do have to admit though, that once in a while (not too often, thankfully), we do get customers that have difficulty answering questions, so it can sometimes take 4-5 replies to get the information we need to provide helpful support. In those situations, it can be a bit trying for everyone involved, but other than that, support usually goes pretty smoothly and pleasantly for everyone. 🙂
