• From Highlights on Description page:

    Easily import all rich media (video, audio, pictures…) from other sites and social networks, such as YouTube, MySpace, Flickr, Facebook, CCMixter, Jamendo, New York Public Library etc. and;

    Now why would you say that you can import video from all those sites, when you can only upload them from YouTube and MySpace?

    I find this very misleading and a complete waste of time!

    Why would you not be honest about the many limitations your plugin has? In the end people will be much more appreciative towards you and what you’re doing!

  • Hi Senlin – thanks for your input – point taken. We actually have these capabilities, but must not have put all of the sources into the WordPress plugin version yet. The wording should have been checked better and I will make sure we correct it – however most of the sites listed are supported, it depends on the file type (video, photo or audio).

    So, just to be clear:
    You can import videos from YouTube, MySpace, Kaltura, add videos from your webcam or upload them from your computer.
    You can import pictures from Flickr, The New York Public Library database, Kaltura, any web page via URL and upload from your computer.
    You can import audio files from CCMixter, Jamendo, Kaltura and upload from your computer.

    Does the webcam upload include audio capabilities?
