 * for some reason, im showing the WP Customer Reviews plugin twice on the installed
   plugins page. one copy is activated, the other is not. i havent tried to axe 
   the deactivated duplicate just yet for fear of dorking something up with the 
   working copy. plz advise.

   then delete the extra plugin.
