plugin installed but now showing

    Hi since I’ve upgraded to 2.8 I can only install plugins from the directory but when I use FTP it’s not recognizing it. Prior to 2.8 it worked just fine. Pls help

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

    – renaming the plugins folder via FTP
