Plugin installed, active, but not working

    Hi Brendon,

    I am wondering if you can help.

    I have just installed the plug in, all seems to look ok and I have tailored the message accordingly.

    The plug in is used to send a thank you message to an online form submission on this site:

    http://www.hearinginformationservice.co.uk/

    I have tried to test by submitting the form outside of the 12hr wait window for the plug in to start working, and no luck.

    I can’t see any queque either.

    Are you able to help?

    Hi Kamila,

    I couldn’t find a comment form on your website. When you refer to the form, do you mean a comment form on a blog post or the form on the ‘Find out more’ page?

    The plugin is designed to work for comment forms only, and doesn’t work for arbitrary forms out of the box. If you want the plugin adapted to work with arbitrary forms, please contact me at http://www.brendonboshell.co.uk/contact-me/ and we can discuss further.
