# plugin installations and deletions

 * hello;
 * has anyone had (or has) this problem?
    Since I upgraded to the latest WP version
   I don’t seem to be able to delete or install new plugins. Even when I get manually
   rid off plugins in the plugin director, they stay show up in the plugin list 
   and whenever I want to install a new plugin I get the “invalid header” error.
   I have already disabled every previously installed plugin (before upgrading),
   and still I can’t install a new plugin. It seems as if the plugins that were 
   previously installed are the only once the new WP recognizes and for some odd
   reason doesn’t want me to delete, even if done manually.
 * Any suggestions anyone would be super.
