 * I’ve tried installing Jetpack from a zip folder and from the site itself to my
   wordpress.org. I keep getting a message that reads:
    _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ___
   Installing Plugin from uploaded file: jetpack.zip Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3nexnas06_data02/06/2181306/
   html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
 * Plugin install failed.
    _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
 * I don’t have the plugin installed though. How can I fix this?

 * Could you try to log in to your site via FTP, delete the existing Jetpack plugin
   folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:

 * I have the same problem as robynrl
 * I deleted the folder and reinstalled, but have the same issues.
 * How did you resolve the problem?

 * If you still see the same error message (`Destination folder already exists.`),
   it means that you’re trying to install via the installer under Plugins > Add
   New in your dashboard.
 * Instead of doing so, try uploading the plugin folder via FTP, as explained here:
