Plugin Installation didn’t provide all features it’s suppose to

    I have upgraded a theme to Pro and it states that I should be able to now have an “Alternative Home Page” available in the customize section; however, I don’t. I followed the steps perfectly. Other features immediately became available but not this. I also went through every suggested step I found on google with deactivating all plug ins and reactivating one by one, trying it on another desk top computer, making sure my server allows enough space, etc. I am simply trying to achieve virtually the same look of Kenza’s pro version with the home page but the “alternative home page” option is not under “front page” section of the customizer as the instructions say. Its also not under any section for me to customize. I sent a ticket to the developer and not receiving any response.

    Please help, what can be done when installing a plug in for pro doesn’t give you all that it promises?

    First, you are saying both plugin and theme. Do you have both?
    Second, there is nothing we can do to help you with a purchase made elsewhere. This is between you and the seller, and is not for here.

    @joyously Yes I have both. I apologize for the lack of clarification. I was just unsure if there is some sort of error I’m overseeing. I am no pro at any of this stuff. I just follow the steps. The seller is one that came directly from WordPress themes.

    Once you’ve started using a “pro” theme, you need to contact the seller via their own site.We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    @sterndata ah I see! Ok I didn’t know it’s considered commercial once it’s upgraded.
