# Plugin install failed

 * I’m trying to reinstall wp with e-commerce and now I get the message that it 
   already exists:
 * Destination folder already exists. /customers/0/d/a/popboutique.se/httpd.www/
   wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * I have tried to delete the old folder via ftp but it doesnt help!
 * Advice anyone?!
