# Plugin install failed

 * I am trying to reinstall wordpress with e-commerce. I have already tried to delete
   the old e-commerce folder via ftp but this is the message I get:
 * Downloading install package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-e-commerce.3.8.5.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-e-commerce.3.8.5.zip…)
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Destination folder already exists. /customers/0/d/a/popboutique.se/httpd.www/
   wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * Please help!!
