# Plugin install failed…

 * When attempting to download a plugin, I receive the following message:
 * Downloading install package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack.zip…)
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Could not create directory. /hermes/bosweb/web064/b647/ipg.monsterwormcom/wp-
   content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * I’m really not sure what the problem is. I’ve Googled a solution for hours with
   no luck. I’ve tried to change the permissions for my content folder, but that
   seemed to have no effect. I use Ipage hosting and they install WordPress for 
   me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
