# Plugin insists I need code!

 * I was led to your plugin via Adam Preiser’s WPCrafter video. I have added and
   activated the Tidio Live Chat plugin but can’t get it to work. I get stuck on
   a screen that reads,
 * > To display Tidio Chat, you need to install a short JavaScript code on your 
   > website.
 * Adam assures me that I don’t need the code but I can’t get past it!
 * Any advice?
