 * Uploaded, put in plugins, and directed the href link to an unloaded mp3 in my“
   uploads” folder. Perfect! Maybe it’s my earlier version of wordpress

 * I’m trying to reference a podcast so I’m using their .mp3 file? Is it possible
   that this plug-in doesn’t work unless the .mp3 file is located on your site? 
   Mine isn’t working.
