# Plugin Info Issue

 * Good morning,
 * On the Dashboard, you can click to view a list of your installed plugins. You
   can also choose “Add New”. When I do that, I get to the WP Plugin page. I can
   then search for a plugin. When I click on a plugin I should get info about it.
   Instead I get an error screen that says that the connection failed. This behaviour
   is consistent and happens on any plugin I choose. Has anyone else had this problem?

 * There are 2 inactive plugins and site doesn’t have https yet. This site is still
   in development. It has typical shared hosting.

 * Anything about loopbacks? Where are you hosted? Ask the host if they block access
   to wordpress.org or other outbound connections.

 * Nothing about loopbacks
    I’ll have to check with Hosting Company Might it be 
   a plugin conflict?

 * I left a message in their Support. Hopefully, they can fix the “bug” soon. I 
   will leave the plugin deactivated.
