 * Hi, can you please take a look at my problem?
 * The plugin looks like it is only loading and not showing the map – as seen on
   frontend page at [http://www.bezkycertovica.sk/domov](http://www.bezkycertovica.sk/domov).
   After a long time (maybe 1hour) it works like it should be. _(there is also MapBox
   directly embeded map, Mapster plugin is under it)._ Page is built in Elementor
   page builder. Then I downgraded wordpress core to 6.2.3 version, as writen in
   plugin wordpress page. The same problem was also with most recent version of
   WP.
 * Would appreciate suggestions for solutions, thank you.
 * Martin

 * Hello there! When I visit the page, I see that there are many javascript errors
   in the console and specifically, the Javascript file for the Mapster plugin is
   not able to load due to a 509 error. This error corresponds to “Bandwidth exceeded”,
   which makes me think this is probably something about your hosting and the amount
   of data being served up there. This server error is not something I can control
   with the Mapster plugin but I am happy to help if you can resolve that 509 error!
   Thanks.

 * Hello, thank you for your answer.
 * I checked “bandwidth error” with my hosting provider, and it looks like there
   is not a problem. There are many errors on my site which I will try to solve.
 * I made new page for testing **[https://www.bezkycertovica.sk/test](https://www.bezkycertovica.sk/test)**,
   where I put only Mapster shortcode, and the map is loaded just after I open the
   console in browser. Any idea what it could be? I guess it is again something
   with the page.
   Thank you, have a nice day,Martin

 * Hmm, I am still seeing that 509 error happening when it tries to load the Mapster
   Javascript file! I’m not totally sure how to tackle it, does your hosting provider
   say anything about the 509 error?

 * Hello, thanks a lot….
 * Hosting provider was checking it, and he says the problem shouldn´t be on the
   server side.
 * I have quite late WordPress version (6.2.3 – latest version Mapster was tested
   on), I am curious if that is not part of a problem.
 * WordPress profesionall will check and solve some technical issues, do you think
   I should ask him to do it before trying to insert Mapster plugin map on the site?
 * Thank you a lot,
 * have a nice day,
 * Martin

 * Hello, the WP version shouldn’t cause any issue — the plugin does work just fine
   with the latest version of WP I just didn’t update the text in the plugin README
   yet. This is a problem that seems more with the setup than the plugin itself.
   If you want you could email me directly [victor@mapster.me](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-in-loading-mode-in-frontend/victor@mapster.me?output_format=md)
   and I may be able to help more.

 * Marking issue as resolved.
