[Plugin: Improved Include Page] Plugin doesnt work in custom fields

When i try inserting the shortcode into a custom field, it doesnt work. It just shows the shortcode as plain text. When i enter the shortcode into a page then it works.
It seems like this plugin just doesnt work with custom fields ?
