[Plugin: Import Blogroll With Categories] Creates Categories but no links

I used an OPML generator to create the following file (excerpt of top), but your plugin only recognizes the entries as categories. How can I fix this?

hi Van, which OPML generator did you use?

Did you use the one built into WordPress?
