 * I need to add, that even on all widgets, including text widgets,where html is
   allowed, that I can do everything the new widget can do except for the fact that
   there is no text appearing on mouseover. The only way I can see alt attribute
   is if I insert the picture in the post/page. Then it will display alt text when
   mouse over.
