[Plugin: Image Gallery Reloaded] can you implement an lightbox effect

looks nice. can you tell me how big the overhead for it is, meaning what extra .js files are being loaded for hte gallery?

besides is there a way to implement something like a lightbox effect when clicking on the bing picture so it pops up in full size isntead of just browsing forward?
